I hold more than 10 as I use them as the backbone of the portfolio.

I only own 6 at present, but I'm looking at 3 others.  Oh I forgot about 2 in my IRAs.  I guess I own 8.

I would need to count, but I assume it is somewhere between 15 and 25, now that I have added a number of bond ETFs.

Another question to ask would be how many asset classes investors cover.  There are some asset classes where my ETFs overlap as I began with iShares and am gradually migrating over to Vanguard.  While VBK and IJT are different ETFs, they both cover the same asset class.

You can create a poll that asks that or just pose the question in a separate thread.

How do you evaluate price and fees?

Fees are shown on Morningstar and I subscribe to it.

Price - I do a few things.  I look at the Morningstar reports of those they cover, 52-week highs and lows, NAV, daily highs and low and then enter a day limit order.  I dollar cost average into them until I reach the amount I want invested in one.  I may buy anywhere from 2 to 5 times and then I hold.  I'm sure there is a better way, but I'm not willing to invest the time.
