For any of you in a personal year, that has appeared to be really tough - things will begin to change, though slowly, now. 

The vibrations of the following personal year (in this case 2010) begin to make their presence felt, though weakly at first, they get stronger as the end of the year approaches. 

This years (2009) vibrations begin to fade out very gradually and at the end of the year, melt into the following year until they have gone! 

So which year am I in? I forgot...

<Hi Greensleeves, welcome back!
So next week is 9/9/09, what kind of an impact should a 9 (in a 3yr) like myself expect? I've got some super BIG changes coming up in the very near future and I'm not sure if I should be excited or aprehensive about this date.>

Must be read as 09.09.2009.  totals 11, which is the same as 2009.  So Universally an emotional to the point of over sensitive day, which will, in some way, will touch the lives of us all.  Another way this is totalled is to show up another 29 from which the 11 is derived.  We must not forget the positive as well as the negative influences.

Can be read as the ending of something and that 2 (which appears one on the surface and twice (one of which is under the surface - must not forget the hidden one's) shows a certain amount of controversy.  For some unknown reason, religion came into my head.

The thing is when reading for the Universe, we don't know what is going on for some time, if ever.  From a personal angle:  Your three year is definitely influenced by your actions in the past two years (2009/08).  The best way to see it, as what ever happens (during the three year) is meant to be and will guide you through the rest of the cycle.  The only thing we can ever do is be as positive as possible and try to knock negativity on the head!!  Stay excited, listen to the bird song and breath the air, listen to the sea and just BE.  I would not see your 3 as being negative re the 9's.

I just figured since you also know Piglet... <shrug> I worry about the woman: NOBODY should be in that intense pain for so long!!!

Thanks, Freda! Piglet is a very positive, upbeat person, who has been in a wheelchair for the last 20 years or so... and I do NOT like the medicos using her as a guinea pig for their latest medications, that only seem to put her into more and more pain. <wince>

Woody, who just drove 10 miles to pick up one of my coven Sisters/Elders to take her to the nearest drugstore to pick up something to help with her bleeding badly every time she has to pee (something about a tumor that has engulfed one kidney, and is encroaching on her bladder) Talk about a group of wounded healers! <wince>
