Anyone know of a good key remapper.. The keyboard on this thinkpad has a couple of keys I never use (They are non-standard keys) I"d like to map them to cursor UP/DOWN

Here's a link -- I've used this particular REMAPKEY program on every computer I've had since it was given or pointed out to me by someone here, and never had any troubles I thought I could blame on it. Even Win7! I hope to heck the distribution version still likes it! It remaps one key to another -- when I asked Google to find the Hiro version I noticed something about a program to make one key act as two held down together -- ctrl/alt in this case I think.

Look toward the middle of the screen for the executable download. It was originally part of a rather expensive suite -- and the only survivor and no doubt brings thousands to the Hiro site where some may find something they'll buy!

Thank you.. Will give it a try.. (Gee. nobody replied to the request for over 3weeks, so Really, THANK YOU)

(ALAS, it won't remap the keys I wish to re-map. No problem though as other things are now messed up again.. So I'm back to the full size KB
