Since we've read that Tuna has high levels of mercury, many of us have given up eating tuna on a regular basis, or eating none at all. There is a report out from the Food and Drug Association (FDA) eating no more than 6 ounces of albacore a week is relatively safe. Or, if you prefer the canned light tuna, there is less mercury.
