We areusing Microsoft Vista now. The CompuServe software that we have is not accepted by it.

Do they (CompuServe) have a new version to install using Vista?

The only CS software that will work with Vista is the CS Dialer. Go to the following site to get it (click on upgrade link): http://free.compuserve.com/
