Looking back, I see the company you worked for was closing its doors. How did that work out? Were you able to slide into another position somewhere? Even so, it doesn't appear to be a good fit for you ... the career and goals area of your chart for this birthyear are all asunder; at odds with your inner self. It seems to be a situation where you feel you can't be yourself, or speak your true thoughts, which of course is a stressful situation to go into day after day.
Having said that ... there is still an opportunity tied into this somehow. It's a career area you may be resisting or think you can't get into; you may even be a little afraid to contemplate doing such work. It could be connected with technology, or health care or other situations dealing with people who are confined/encumbered; and it may have an entrepreneurial aspect to it ... or at least independent action, where you're respected for your brains and training and allowed to do your job. It may require some further schooling on your part.
The main thing your chart is emphasizing is that this is a career area to which you have a deep-seated resistance. It may be something that has floated into your consciousness periodically over the years, but you always went "No way!" and swatted the thought away. Now, you need to give it another look.
