Dr Reza Vossough performed eight operations on 33-year-old Cany's body to create his perfect wife. He said he decided to marry Cany after he spotted her 'potential.' He described her as a fairly average, flat-chested woman with saddlebag thighs, a tummy and puffy, hooded eyelids. The surgery changed her chest, thighs, eyes and face."
