Like the article said, I try to make as much stuff ahead of time.  I've also resorted to using Stove Top stuffing instead of making my own.  (Shhhh!)

We're going to my inlaws this year, so there really isn't much for me to prepare.  I'm bring the sweet potatoes and will get them ready the day before.

It is nice when you get to go somewhere and don't have to do all of the work,  but at the same time I like having left overs.

I like having leftovers too!  Fortunately, my MIL will send us home with some.

I try to have the majority of it done the day before.  This year, my MIL asked me to make the turkey and bring it over.  Since she just lives right across the street, I told her no problem!
