Here are more fitness myths that you might toss out of your workout plan:
- Ab Crunches Will Flatten Your Mid-Section
- Regular Exercise Keeps Your Balance Strong
- You Can Tighten Your Upper-Arm Flab with Weights
- My Arthritis/Weight/Diabetes, etc., Keeps Me from Being Active
- You Must Lose Weight to Be More Fit
- Drink Lots of Water during Long Workouts
- Exercise Takes Too Much Time and Effort

I think one of the worst things in the world would be to expend a ton of energy on something that's not going to benefit me in the long run. I hate spinning my wheels, as I'm sure you do as well.
