'DANCING' SEASON 9 SEMI-FINALS

JOANNA/DEREK DUMPED IN MAXIM-UM 'DANCING' SHOCKER!

Her smokin' hot curves have graced the pages of Maxim and Playboy magazines and this 'Dancing' season, Joanna Krupa demonstrated yet another side of her beauty -- one of grace, elegance and sensuality alongside her partner, Derek Hough.  With every passing week, the picture-perfect pair consistently put forth a performance filled with fancy footwork that brought the audience to its feet.

Yet, despite eliciting visions of Grace Kelly in her Viennese Waltz, charming viewers with her cha-cha and stirring up emotions with a sensational salsa, Joanna and Derek found themselves at the short end of the 'Dancing' stick, as they depart the 'Dancing' floor in what could be described as a surprising exit, after having been favored to be in the Final Three.  That honor will now go to Donny Osmond/Kym Johnson, Kelly Osbourne/Louis von Amstel and Mya/Dmitry Chaplin.

Did Joanna/Derek deserve their 'Dancing' departure, or were they robbed of a place in the 'Final Three'?  Why or why not?

What a joke that Joanna is out.  The judges should be the only votes that count during the

semi-finals.  Let the viewers vote but only count only 1% of there votes.  That way we will

get the best dancers in the finals.  What do the three judges think of the results?

Why have a contest if the best do not winJoe

THEY DID NOT DESERVE TO BE PUT OUT. THEY WERE THE MOST CONSISTANT OF ALL THE DANCERS. I AGREE THAT IT WAS A HARD DECISION TO MAKE BUT THEY WERE 1,000.00 TIMES BETTER THAN THE ONES THAT WERE CHOSEN. ALL OF THEM WERE VERY GOOD BUT LETS GET REAL. THAT WAS THE WORST FINALS THAT WE HAVE EVER SEEN FOR SUCH AN ENTERTAINING SHOW.
THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO EXPRESS MY OPINION.

OK;  I get it;  votes go to the "favorite" dancers, not the "best"  BUT.......come on!     so, the young voters know how to vote multiple times and  Kelly wins....bah....humbug!

The only dance in which I really found  Joanna fascinating is the dance of the future.  This is due mostly to Derek's genius as a choreographer and his ability to read his partner.  They were synchronized, separate, aware yet detached; a perfect commentary on  her involvement with the dance. The sulk on her face with which she approached her partner preliminary to their partnering in the Viennese waltz was coarse.  Admittedly she was graceful, admittedly the drapery fluttered in the breeze but I experienced the dance as an exercise not as a waltz. For a dance where communication of the greatest passion is carried on by the slightest pressure of the hand, this waltz was slick. The Viennese waltz performed by the next contestant was infinitely more beautiful.  Her elimination removed the one gaudy presence in the show, hallelujah.  Having Derek and Joanna repeat the waltz was a very real insult to Kelly.  It seemed a deliberate attempt to diminish her achievement.  She did make a few missteps in her first dance but otherwise she was pretty terrific.  The finals would have been too too boring without her.
