My doctor is a woman and she is WONDERFUL. She is getting a whole new degree in Intergated medicine because of me.
I have this autoimmune system that hates me. So I have LOT of autoimmune isses, including Crohn's disease. and lucky me i ended up with a condition called Pyroderma Gangranosium --leg ulcers on my R. calf.
Fairly straight forward except it was misdiagnoised, ended up with chronic infections, and a leg that looked like a sharp had got hold of me. I have been in the hospitla 16 or so times in the last two years. Not a lot of fun. But remember those ulcers could have been inside my gut. They were deep. and nasty.
I almost lost my leg. I went to my new doctor and since we both belong to the same Relgious Faith,( we are Bahais ) and were about out of inspirations we decided together to take the word of one of my Religous leaders
Abdulbaha prophised "One day, food will be used to treat illness.:" And we said Why not now? I was given good suppliments -- ordered from a company that ONLY sells to doctors. No healthfood stores carry them They are not cheap but they are worth it. We are healing my body by feeding my body what it needs. Okra Pepsin and Zymex help the Crohns; My leg is getting better, I am growing skin again and I am exercising at the YMCA a couple times a week. I take iodine for an antibotic and have not been in the hospital since July. I am literally eating my way back to health.
